CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your program a minimum of 7 days in advance of your program, you will be issued a 90% refund or may be rescheduled to another date(s).

If you cancel your program a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) in advance of your program, no refund will be issued, but you may request to be rescheduled to another program date(s).

If you cancel your program less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance of your program, no refund and no reschedule is possible.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Programs can be rescheduled within 3 months of the originally booked program date(s).

Bookings can only be transferred ONCE, including in the event of a program relocation. If you transfer your program booking and later wish to cancel it, we will not be able to refund or reschedule you under any circumstances.

Cairo Photo Academy reserves the right to change the location of any workshop to another location within the same city as deemed necessary in accordance with management discretion.

You must be 12 or older to attend this program. If you are younger than 12 or booking for someone under 12 years of age, please contact us first and we will be happy to advise you to a suitable program.
